A 17-year-old young man who's very passionate about magic. He's a rival of sorts to Noel, since both of them want to become great magicians. Julius is very popular among girls however he's quite oblivious about their feelings. He's shown to care very deeply about Lulu and he regrets deeply when he can't protect her.[Edited from WOF Wikia]
