In Ketsugou Danshi, players will guide those who possess the power of chemical elements—known as "Shikenkan"—to stop the world from being destroyed in 50 days through chemical bonding. The player takes on the role of a mediator who will bring together the Shikenkan who posses the power of each element. By combining them, the player will create various chemical reactions and fight against the enemy force known as "Red Matter. "
